Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 p.m. We will be happy to deposit your luggage for you at reception. If you wish to check out after 12.00 p.m., please contact the reception.

Adapter / electrical connections

All sockets are equipped with 230 V/50 Hz. Electricity and telephone adapters are available from reception.

Pharmacy

The nearest pharmacy is 2 kilometers away in Kipfenberg. We would be happy to order medicines for delivery directly to the hotel.

Do not disturb

Please hang the sign provided for this purpose on the outside door if you do not want the room to be cleaned yet or if you do not wish to be disturbed.

Window

At certain times there are a lot of mosquitoes in the Altmühltal Nature Park.

Dear guests, there are two windows in your room, one of which is equipped with a mosquito repellent! We would like to ask you from the bottom of our hearts to open just this window, for the benefit of your night’s rest and good sleep and of course for our white walls.

Fire

The automatic fire alarm system in our house will inform you via loudspeaker. Information about escape routes can be found in the anteroom of your room and in the corridors.

You can get these for a fee at our reception.

Breakfast

Enjoy our breakfast buffet in the restaurant daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Internet

All rooms have high-speed internet or a modem for dialing in. We offer wireless LAN throughout the house – see Wireless LAN. There is also a computer with internet connection available for our guests at the reception. Please ask our staff for the password.

Children

Children under the age of 3 sleep for free in their parents‘ room. Children from 3 years pay EUR 20.00 per night for the extra bed.

Conference rooms

Our hotel is specially designed for your meetings and has air-conditioned conference rooms flooded with daylight. They can be designed variably. You can get detailed information at the reception.

Pillows

We would be happy to provide you with a second pillow. We also offer allergy pillows. Please ask our reception.

Sewing tools

One set is in your bathroom. Sewing service is available on request. Please contact the reception.

Emergency doctor

If you are ill or need other medical help, please call reception.

In-house parking spaces are available free of charge.

You are welcome to leave your letters and postcards at reception. These are mailed daily.

Our restaurant is open daily from noon to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Hot meals daily from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Cold meals from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This is available to you from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

There is a safe at our reception, where you are welcome to deposit your valuables.

Laundry that you hand in to reception before 9 a.m. will be returned by the evening. A laundry list and a laundry bag for this is in your closet.

Change of linen

Please contact reception if you would like your bed linen and towels changed daily.

Wake-up service

We would be happy to wake you up by phone. Our staff at reception will take your wake-up request.

Wireless LAN

Wireless LAN is available in all public areas. You can obtain the necessary access codes free of charge from our reception.

Newspapers

Daily newspapers are available free of charge in the breakfast area and in the dining rooms.

Cigarettes

A cigarette machine is located on the ground floor. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Ashtrays are available outside, e.g. on our terrace or on your balcony.

Extra beds

We are happy to provide them for a fee of EUR 20.00.
